ABYC Results - I14/Fireball and E22 Event

July 15 and 16 brought the International Etchells 22, Fireball and International 14 Toronto fleets together at Ashbridge's Bay Yacht Club for two days / five races of Windward/Leeward courses. Saturday had very shifty conditions, which forced course changes in every race. In fact, the second race was delayed while the course was set three times before the wind held steady enough to allow a start, yet there was still a 60 degree shift forcing a course change. There were only two races held on Saturday.

On Sunday, the winds held steady at ENE with speeds about 8-10 knots. This allowed three races to be completed, and still allowed the competitors to be back on shore about 3PM.
