A grey gloomy weekend, cool air, and the threat of rain always overhead. Enough said about that! Conditions were primarily light air and sloppy water, with occasional flirtations with trapezing. Dave and Mona were blazingly fast in their new boat. Derek and Nicola would occasionally pop in front of them, but they'd always pass in the end. Phil and Evelyn had 3rd place all to themselves, with Doug and Antica getting in some racing against Steph and Gary for 4th and 5th.
A fairly crowded racecourse - have a dozen I14's started before us, then the fleet of 5 Fireballs, followed by a bunch of Albacores, and finally, a bunch of Wayfarers.
